Fifth Dimension / Live and Learn
Well done to all pupils in S1-S3 who took part in the Fifth Dimension workshops last week. The workshops were very successful and gave pupils a real understanding of our school values of Respect, Wellbeing and Ambition.
Further workshops are planned for next week when the company ‘Live and Learn’ will be in school to work with our S1-S3 pupils.
Assemblies
This week our assemblies focus on Pupil Leadership with our School Captains, Prefect Leaders, House Leaders and Pupil Council Leaders presenting to each year group.
Comic Relief
Well done and thank you to all involved in fundraising for Comic Relief. Over £400 was raised for charity.
SQA Exams
SQA Exams Commence on Tues 26th April, all S4 – S6 pupils will receive an individual timetable with all their exam details prior to Easter holidays. Any follow up queries to be made to Mr Middleton on return to school on Mon 18th April.
Study leave for all pupils in S4-S6 will begin on Monday 25th April 2022.
Easter Study Support
We will be running several study support sessions in Mearns Academy during the Easter break. Information will be shared this week on how to reserve spaces.
