Congratulations to Mr Taylor who after competitive interviews this week has been successful and is now permanent Principal teacher of Math within Mearns Academy.
SQA
Well done to all young people who have been sitting their SQA National Examinations. We are almost there with the last exams taking place on 1st June.
Activity Days 2022
It is great that next week our young people in S1-S3 will get the opportunity to take part in our Activity Days 2022.
Please see information below as to what is happening on each day
Please also note:
- School uniform is not required – suitable clothing must be worn for the activities including a waterproof jacket and appropriate footwear
- When attending Deeside Activity Park pupils should take a packed lunch with them
- Pupils receiving Free School Meals will be able to collect a packed lunch on the day from the kitchen
- Pupils are to attend school for 9am each day and go to their tutor room.
- A bus will transport each year group to Deeside Activity Park on their allocated day
